Wonderful Package is cooking-The Deliberations of the Executive Online Meeting Held on Sunday, 8th March, 8pm – 9pm.
Key points of discussion:
- Soft loan accessibility for all registered members of Kogi Youth Advancement and Development Forum.
- Participation in the 2027 election as election observers and approved body for election sensitization.
● Point One: Members’ Access to Soft Loan
The Director General, Comrade Abraham Enebe, unveiled a soft loan arrangement accessible to all registered members with the ability to pay back with minimal interest within a stipulated timeframe. This requires proper documentation with the Director of Membership, Comrade Simeon Ocheja, after online registration and active participation in meetings and online engagements. To disburse loans, a Certificate of Lending is required from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The following directors were tasked with approaching the Ministry:
- Director, Legal Services (Bar. Abbah Idris)
- Director, Entrepreneurship (Comrade Owakalu Segun)
- Director, Partnership (Comrade Victor Aseniye)
- Deputy Director General (Comrade Joseph James)
This project should kick start by the end of July and early August 2026, this will also be a source of revenue for KYADF from which we can float our entrepreneurship, education training, and medical outreach.
Membership responsibilities were briefly discussed. Due to time constraints, discussion on participation with INEC as independent observers and civil society for sensitization was limited and executive meeting was postponed to a further date and time
